PointClark Networks provides the monitoring capability of the ClarkConnect solution, and provides Dynamic DNS and mail filtering
solutions.
Dynamic DNS is provided free of charge to any CC user. Those that register a domain name through PointClark Networks can have their domain point to their CC server no matter what the current IP address happens to be. The address is updated automatically upon the CC server detecting an IP address change.
Mail filtering is a subscription service (virus and spam per mailbox) that a customer who runs their own mail server may want to use to eliminate the constant updating of virus and spam definition files to secure their incoming e-mail.
Here is a typical weekly report that monitors server health
and connectivity.
